Creating Sagas

Oh, this is so fun! If you see yourself playing several Star Wars RPG campaigns with different characters, storylines, whatever, then I suggest you implement some elements from one game into the next. Intertwine the storylines to maintain the idea of one Star Wars universe. And I also suggest including elements from the movies, games, comic books, novels, etc. That's the whole idea here. To expand on an entire universe that is not ours in reality. There are so many more opportunities in this fictional paradise (or horror?) than are in reality.

Now, I must warn you, this can get old. So Lucas put in that whole scene with Jabba back in the Special Edition of A New Hope. Woopteedoo. Good for him. Boba Fett is getting a bit old here. In my opinion. Sure, he's cool and all but he's not the only bounty hunter in the universe. He can't coincidentally be everywhere in the galaxy all at once. He seems to pop up where any bounty hunter is needed just so people can say "Ooh! Look! Boba Fett!" Too many "tie-ins" can be really bad. Too many "coincidences" can eventually become predictable. But have fun with it. If it seems to be getting old, take a break from it and have a campaign off in the corner of the galaxy on a single lonely planet. "Hi. I'm a planet. I govern myself." No Empire. No Rebel Alliance. No New Republic. You can do that, you know. Stormtroopers are the first thing to get old.
